Windows Vista: pc wird immer langsamer hilfe was kann ich tun

hallo habe vor einem monat meinen pc formatiert und jetzt wird er wieder total langsam und ich weiß nicht mehr weiter habe mal dieses HjakThis runtergladen und da ist der log vielleicht kennt sich jemand damit aus :
