Easybox 401a schlechte Verbindung

Guten Tag liebe Community :-). Ich habe ein Problem mit meiner Internetleitung und zwar spinnt seit Samstag Abend meine Internetleitung, also die Downloadgeschwindigkeit überschreitet selten 160kbytes (habe dsl6000 bei Arcor, nun Vodafone), aber Upload bekomme ich 60kbytes hin (was fast mein fullspeed ist). Heute morgen hatte ich für kurze Zeit wieder einen Downloadspeed von über 600kbytes und Ping war auch so um die 60 doch nun ist wieder alles beim alten
