Zufällige Bluescreens

Hallo, ich bin ein wenig am Verzweifeln und hoffe auf Hilfe!
Ich bekomme komplett zufällig Bluescreens mit der Fehlermeldung IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL und ATTEMPTED_TO_WRITE_READONLY_MEMORY. Mein Betriebssystem ist Win10, die Treiber sind alle aktuell, den RAM habe ich mit memtest 86 bereits geprüft und der Fehler ist nicht reproduzierbar. Folgendes an Daten habe ich:

Hallo!

Ich hätte jetzt auf ein Hardware-Problem (defekter Speicher?) getippt. Versuche doch mal, auch wenn Memtest sagt es sei alles ok, einen RAM-Riegel weg zu lassen, wenn das klappt dann den anderen tauschen!

Außerdem sagt die eine Fehlermeldung ja, dass du den Datenträger mal mit CHDSK prüfen sollst, weil es auf eine defekte Festplatte / SSD hinweisen kann. Hast du das schon  mal probiert?

Schau trotzdem nochmal nach, ob wirklich alle Treiber auf dem neusten Stand sind. Auch Grafikkarte, Mainboard, Chipsatz etc. Gerade den Chipsatz Treiber vergisst man leicht :-)

Chipsatztreiber bei intel sinnfrei, der windowstreiber genügt. Falls weiter hinweise dazu gewünscht, bitte mitteilen.

lad mal den minidump irgendwo hoch, Speicher wird´s wohl sein, lass memtest mal über Nacht mir mehreren Durchläufen (>10) ackern...
