localhost

Habe verschiedene localhost-Nummern, ist das normal? Sry, kenne mich 0,0am PC aus. Dann steht in cmd meine IP 192......, aber wenn ich bei whois bin, kommt immer 88.65.....als MEINE IP. Kann mir das jemand erklären???? ViiiIiiielen Dank!
