Kann mir einer sagen was "gearsec" ist???

Hallo,

Ich habe den Security Task Manager durchlaufen lassen da erscheint mir gearsec. Wenn ich das anklicke steht dann beim Erhaltene Texte leider in English.
Kann mir jemand sagen ob das gefärlich ist
