ich habe USB E/G und USB F/H Anschlüsse gefunden, sind das USB2.0 Anschlüsse, an den ich mein CardReader anschließen kann?

EVEREST zeigt mir diese Temperatur an:

Maxtor 7Y250P0 53°C
 und bei Belastung 57°C

ist das okey oder muss ich da irgendwelche massnahmen ergreifen?
