Win 7: Windows update funktioniert nicht

ich habe versucht das service pack 1 zu isntallieren

nein nein, ich meine windows 7....

ich habe nun evtl einen lösungansatz gefunden... ich lade das service pack als stand alone runter und installiere offline, evtl hilft das

achte beim download auf die bit version deines rechners x86 (32 bit) oder 64 bit version.
findest unter systemsteuerung > system

auch mit der offline mehtode bekomme ich das selbe ergebniss...

Da hattest Du evtl. mal böse Gäste oder eine seltsame Software installiert, würde ich vermuten.
Also mach eine vernünftige Datensicherung, repariere Dein Betriebssystem und versuche es erneut.
