Vista: Firefox bleibt hängen

Hallo,

seit wann hast Du den Fehler...ggf. Systemwiederherstellung vor dem Fehler oder Windowsreparatur versuchen.

Zur Sicherheit mal Malewarebytes downloaden, updaten und einen Vollscan durchführen. Logfile dann posten.

Das Problem tritt seit zwei Tagen auf.
Malwarebytes brachte nix.
Systemwiederherstellung brachte auch nix.
Immer noch kommt die Fehlermeldung ....Firefox keine Rückmeldung

Ich könnte aber noch firefox 13... deinstallieren und 12... wieder installieren.  ?????????

Achja, mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Telekomiker bei uns im Ort/Dorf irgendwas am rumschrauben sind, hat das was damit zu tun?

Deinstallier mal Firefox komplett und installiere den aktuellen FF 14.0.1

auch mal alle Toolbars und Services löschen, ebenso Browserverlauf, Cache und Cookies.

Der Junker hier (Sailer5) ist mit Vista OHNE JEDES SERVICEPACK unterwegs, und natürlich auch mit dem Internet-Explorer Version 7.

Ihr habt recht, dass ich ohne Vista Update unterwegs bin.

Ich hatte die Service Packet 1 + 2 schon mal runtergeladen.

Danach funktionierte bei meinen PC nix mehr.
Ich musste alles neu installieren. :-(
