Hilfe mit Viren und Trojanern benötigt

Guten Tag, gestern hat beim scan mit Malwarebytes dieses mir einen SecurityHijack gemeldet und diesen in Quarantäne gestellt. am Tag zuvor meldete Security essentials einen Trojaner den ich jedoch durch das drücken der Löschen taste leider entfernt habe laut diesem Programm, nun frage ich mich ist da noch mehr oder war es das, denn nach mehreren scans ist nichts mehr aufgetaucht als ergebnis. Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir da behilflich sein denn ich bin mit so etwas nicht all zu versiert. Vielen dank schon mal im vorraus.
