ich lese da in deiner Beschreibung 3 GB RAM. Hast du 3 Riegel drinn ??? Dann läuft dein System nicht im Dualchannel Modus. Vielleicht liegts daran.
Probier das ganze mal mit 2 GB aus.

Ja, lass 2 Gig stecken und den Rest raus.
Dann mal schauen wie sich Windows verhält

Habs mit nem Patch von AMD (AMD Dual Core Optimizer) hinbekommen. Die haben eins rausgebracht was die Dual Core CPU's optimiert - dieses verhindert das sich die beiden CPU Kerne "verrechnen" (zusammenspiel wird optimiert). Danach hat Vista mehr Gechwindigkeit an den Tag gelegt.
