Sind Deine IDE-Kabel zum Board 40 - oder 80 - adrig und hast Du u.U. die LW des Primary-Kanal "cable select" gejumpert ?? - Dann solltest Du zumindest die Stecker tauschen (dann tauschen die LW ihre Rollen). - Ich wuerde die Platte vom "Secondary-IDE" mit dem DVD-LW tauschen - dann sind wenigstens die HDD am "Primary-IDE" - aber es kommt ja darauf an:

Gewöhnlich bevorzugt ein BIOS beim Starten des Computers das Master-Laufwerk der Primary-Schnittstelle.

The BIOS does not detect the ATA / SATA hard drive.

There are five main reasons why a system BIOS will not detect the presence of an internal hard drive.They are:

1. - Faulty data cable
2. - No power to drive (drive is not spinning up)
3. - Incorrect jumper settings on the drive
4. - Capacity of the hard drive is too large for the BIOS to support ( ?? )
5. - Faulty hard drive

Note: If your system hangs after counting the memory or during Auto-Detection when you install the hard drive, please see Answer ID 427.

After verifying that your ATA or SATA port is set to Auto-Detect or is enabled, if you find that your disk drive is not being detected (auto-detected) by the system BIOS, try the following steps to try and isolate/troubleshoot the problem.

hab ein bisschen an den IDE Kabeln umgesteckt unter anderem die Festplatten auf Primary.
Beim neuen hochfahren kam dann: neue Hardware gefunden... - das war der Raid Controller der zuvor noch nie erschienen ist, einfach automatisch installiert und unter Computerverwaltung partitioniert- da war sie.
Das unbekannte Gerät im Gerätemanager ist jetzt auch weg.
