Computer fährt nicht mehr korrekt hoch

Moin, habe folgendes Problem: mein Laptop fährt nicht mehr normal hoch, deshalb habe ich von computerbild die Notfall DVD heruntergeladen. Hier hat das Programm folgenden Fehler gefunden:

Vielleicht kann mir hier jemand helfen.

Außerdem habe ich die Daten mit dem Vaio Assistenten auf einer externen Festplatte gesichert, jedoch habe ich die Daten versucht über anderen Laptop versucht auszulesen. Konnte aber keine doc Dateien oder andere Formate erkennen nur dat Dateien.
Außerdem habe ich folgende Daten: Der Computer fährt nur noch über die Notfall DVD hoch, abgesicherter Modus funktioniert nicht. Meine Festplatte:
Seagate Momentus 5400.6, 500.11 GB [465.76 GiB, 500107862016 bytes]
Habe die Festplatte mit der Notfall DVD getestet, mit den Herstellertools also Vaio Care habe ich es versucht und es hat Fehler festgestellt.
Bei dem Test mit der Notfall DVD wurde unter anderem folgendes festgestellt: Overall Health Self-Assessment Test Failed, Rellocatet Sector Count failed
